Personal Banker

BMO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the customer experience and business results.
- Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
- Registration to sell investment products completed, as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
- Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
- Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
- Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products.
BMO offers a competitive salary range of $35,700.00 - $66,100.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
