Job Summary

BMO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve business objectives and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to grow loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the customer experience and business results.
Requirements
  • Typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Registration to sell investment products completed, as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
  • Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
  • Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $35,700.00 - $66,100.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
