Order Control Specialist

Join LGC Group, a leading global life science tools company, as an Order Control Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for creating documents and labels required for picking, weighing, and inventory updates. Your primary goal will be to maintain high-level inventory accuracy and on-time deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:- Work safely and follow all health and safety policies
- Print labels according to First in First out (FIFO) principles, taking into account Dangerous Goods
- Complete reprints of labels as necessary
- Coordinate with Finished Goods to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Collect logs from Finished Goods (Weighing) and decrement inventory accordingly
- Handle and resolve shipping issues, including missing items or product returns, and alert Customer Service promptly
- Previous experience in inventory management
- Chemistry knowledge is an asset
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- FileMaker experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a MacOS environment
