About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Systems Specialist to join our team at MCM-D'Lusso Construction. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Usability testing to ensure that our solutions are user-friendly and effective.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that our solutions meet their evolving needs.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
