Job Summary

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of seasonal delivery operations. The Seasonal Employee Coordinator will oversee the coordination of delivery walkers, orientations, and other operational tasks to meet internal and external customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze walker and PVD matrices to optimize delivery routes
  • Coordinate meet points for walkers, drivers, and PVDs to ensure efficient operations
  • Communicate effectively with walkers, drivers, and PVDs to resolve issues and improve performance
  • Oversee peak orientations to ensure new employees are properly trained and equipped
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills
