Job Title: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Apple Hotel Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of construction staff, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality construction work.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
