**Job Summary**

This Accounts Receivable/ Bookkeeper Position at AppleOne Features:

• Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.

• Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credits.

• Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and other records.

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and goals.

• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

• Stay up-to-date with changing financial regulations and laws.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Sage 300 or similar accounting software.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong English skills in both spelling and grammar.

• Mathematical understanding and familiarity with spreadsheets.
