Accounts Receivable/ Bookkeeper Position

This role involves managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable and payable transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and credits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable transactions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain financial databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve financial goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial software and systems, including Sage 300 and Site Docs.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
