Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Winter Works Combo/Plow Operator to join our team. As a Winter Works Combo/Plow Operator, you will be responsible for operating a loader and performing other maintenance duties such as patrolling, patching, and minor equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a loader and perform other maintenance duties as required
  • Patrol and inspect roads and highways to identify maintenance needs
  • Patch and repair roads and highways as needed
  • Perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Respond to call-ins within thirty minutes

Requirements

  • DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract required
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays) as winter events require
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred)
  • Previous experience in winter-works operations (preferred)
  • Good understanding of MTO standards and AMC Contract Performance Requirements (preferred)
