About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sommelier to join our team at AD HOSPITALITY GROUP INC. as a key member of our wine service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional wine service to our guests, including wine selection and pairing recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our wine list, including wine regions, grape varieties, and wine-making techniques.
  • Work closely with our culinary team to create wine and food pairing menus that showcase our restaurant's offerings.
  • Ensure that all wine service standards are met, including proper wine handling, storage, and serving techniques.
  • Participate in wine tastings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest wine trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a wine service role.
  • Excellent knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties, and wine-making techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
