Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1559778 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, establish work schedules, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English or French is required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality control.
