Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1559778 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality food and service are consistently delivered.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Our food service facilities are fast-paced environments that require strong organizational and communication skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment, collaborating with staff to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements:- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
