Job Title: Director, Medical Education and Training

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Medical Education and Training. This role will play a critical part in shaping our organization's approach to medical education and training, ensuring that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive medical education and training strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Identify and address knowledge gaps and skill shortages within our organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to access best-in-class medical education and training resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our medical education and training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or equivalent degree in a relevant field, such as education, healthcare, or business.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical education and training, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
