About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Pomeroy Lodging LP. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a "picture-perfect" experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleanliness and quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet business demands.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Identify and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and policies.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a housekeeping leadership role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English.
- Attention to detail and pride in a quality job done well.
