Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons #1497. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service and food preparation, and leading a team of staff to achieve exceptional results.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
- Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
- Estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation;
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage;
- Preparing and submitting reports;
- Supervising and checking assembly of trays;
- Establishing work schedules.
You will work closely with our store manager to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and provide excellent customer service.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-10 years of experience in a food service or retail environment;
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising a team;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Must be fluent in English.
