Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Cleaner to join our team at Days Inn & Suites Sault Ste Marie. As a Hotel Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and making beds
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities in rooms and public areas
  • Empty trash and recyclables from rooms and public areas
  • Clean and maintain public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
