This is a permanent position requiring approximately 35 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent physical stamina, as this role involves heavy lifting and frequent standing.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Building Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites, including:

  • Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and refuse
  • Emptying trash cans and other waste containers
  • Washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have no degree, certificate, or diploma but possess experience that is an asset. You will also need to be proficient in English, as it is the primary language used in our workplace.

What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
