Senior Millwright Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Millwright Maintenance Specialist to join our Maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and facility.
Responsibilities- Maintain equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, install, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to mitigate equipment failures and take corrective actions as needed.
- Pre-flight production lines prior to startup, following established schedules.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track and manage maintenance activities.
- Operate machinery and tools, including hand tools, power tools, scissor/boom lifts, and lift trucks.
- Collaborate with Production personnel and other departments to minimize disruptions to production and maintenance schedules.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Red Seal Millwright ticket is required.
- Excellent reading, writing, and math skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, including email and Microsoft Word.
- Able to read and interpret layout drawings and blueprints.
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Welding and machining experience is an asset.
- Safety-focused mindset.
- Ability to work continental rotating 12-hour shifts.

The estimated salary range for this role is $46.21 per hour, with opportunities for shift premiums, health benefits, union membership, overtime pay, and quarterly performance-based bonuses.
