Lubrication Specialist

About the Role:
BC LTD is seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our heavy equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, oil changes, and filter replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lubrication tasks, including greasing and oil changes, to maintain the optimal performance of our equipment
• Assist mechanics with various tasks, providing support as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a maintenance or technical role
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and lifting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
