Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales and profit goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
  • Oversee visual merchandising standards and execute feature space and seasonal layouts to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute store workload, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage freight flow processes to ensure efficient and accurate receipt and stocking of merchandise.
  • Develop and implement shrink and safety programs to minimize losses and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
