Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Michaels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the store's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Supervise and direct Team Members to ensure excellent customer service and a well-maintained store environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage inventory levels, merchandise operations, and visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer engagement
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
