Job Title: Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team at KNG Technical Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers in the diagnostics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site application studies and lab evaluations to ensure product performance and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain customer training materials and documents to support product validation and implementation.
  • Work closely with field sales to add value to the sales process and ensure a smooth transition to new customers.
  • Present performance data and results to prospects and customers, and educate end-users on instrument use and application issues.
  • Enter activity details and call records into software platforms to track progress and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant science discipline or equivalent experience.
  • MLT or RT qualification with relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and experience in presenting to groups. Bilingualism in English and French is a must. Preferred qualifications include 4+ years of experience in the diagnostics industry, clinical laboratory bench experience, and familiarity with statistics and linear regression analysis.
