Digital Marketing Strategist for Real Estate

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Scale Selling. This role is focused on developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for real estate professionals.
Job OverviewThis is a full-time position that requires creativity, technical expertise, and a results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating successful marketing strategies for real estate professionals, with a strong focus on digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to generate quality leads for clients.
- Create and optimize marketing materials, including brochures, property listings, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver tailored marketing solutions that align with their objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in real estate marketing or a related field, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in real estate marketing tools, including IDX, MLS, KvCore, and other real estate platforms.
- Strong graphic design and content creation skills (experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is a plus).
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize for performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
