Your Key Responsibilities
- You will facilitate the learning experience for preceptees, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Through regular patient home visits, you will demonstrate and reinforce best practices in patient care, always adhering to physicians' orders.
- You will orient new nurses on our organization's policies and procedures, highlighting the importance of documentation, technology, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Hold current CPR certification.
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical setting.
- Possess a diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Be an RN with an unencumbered license in your work state.
