Retail Store Supervisor

As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates at Macewen Gas Bar. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of customer service, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations as needed.
- Supervise sales floor operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage cash handling and oversee payroll administration with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to enhance employee performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail sales or management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
