Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Rental Associate to join our team at Bulk Buy Mart - Innisfail. As a key member of our sales and rental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing rental and sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice about merchandise and assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts and estimate or quote prices, credit, or contract terms.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Assist in displaying merchandise, maintaining sales records for inventory control, and preparing merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
