Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Rental Associate to join our team at Bulk Buy Mart - Innisfail. As a key member of our sales and rental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing rental and sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice about merchandise and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
  • Operate cash register and process sales and rental transactions
  • Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts and estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce and greet customers to discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
