Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
