We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Construction leaders with a wide range of duties, including office management of our Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating materials, information, and organizational tasks, as well as developing business acumen to anticipate needs and provide proactive support.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience at the executive level, financial acumen, and strong written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Executives with administrative tasks, including calendar management, email management, and travel arrangements">
  • Develop business acumen to anticipate needs and provide proactive support">
  • Coordinate materials, information, and organizational tasks with excellent time management skills">
  • Act as a point of contact for the business, communicating and acting in a supporting capacity">
  • Prepare reports, informational material, and assist with special projects">
