We redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary

As a Sales Floor Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. You will work in a purpose-driven company with a business model that people love for our impact on both the planet and local communities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process donations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about customer service and has excellent communication skills. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
