Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Top Choice Auto Sales. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on merchandise and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displaying merchandise.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
