Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

Mackensie's Automotive Inc. is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Technician to provide exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all vehicles are roadworthy
  • Work effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with other technicians to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Level two or three apprenticeship training
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working on site at our automotive service station. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
