Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Dynamic Facility Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the facility services industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including email marketing software and social media management platforms
