Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Dynamic Facility Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Develop and implement sales training programs for the sales team
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
