About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SNAP Trainer Consultant to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Training and Implementation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation and launch of SNAP and other programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Training: You will work with Affiliate sites to coordinate training logistics and conduct sessions independently or in collaboration with other Implementation team members.
  • Nurture Ongoing Success: You will act as a consultant and advisor, setting boundaries and expectations to ensure alignment and effective implementation and execution of the SNAP or other programs.
  • Maintain Documentation: You will track all consultation, training, and community-related activities and communications using the SNAP Implementation Tool.
  • Measure: You will support Affiliate Sites' quality assurance activities, including monitoring program integrity and accreditation activities in consultation with the manager, research, and evaluation.
Requirements

Experience: You have experience delivering and supporting multi-modal training, ideally in a school or community setting, nurturing relationships with program sponsors, providers, and participants.

Training Skills: You have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, managers, funding sources, and community partners.

Integrity: You are a dedicated and supportive team player with high standards of accountability and professionalism.
