Senior Manager, Executive Trainer/Facilitation

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Executive Trainer/Facilitation, to join our talent development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate master-level workshops for executive and senior leadership teams, driving the development of key skills and capabilities.
  • Create and execute a Train-the-Facilitator program to support our L&D cohort learning and Leadership Development initiatives.
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader in executive facilitation, staying ahead of emerging trends and introducing innovative methodologies.
  • Provide inspiring leadership, coaching, and career guidance to our L&D and Leadership Development facilitation team, fostering an environment of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate tangible results in achieving organizational objectives, enhancing team effectiveness, and driving a culture of learning and development at BDO.
Requirements:
  • University degree in business, organizational development, psychology, or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in executive-level facilitation, preferably within a Consulting or Financial Services industries.
  • ICF certification is an asset but not required.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of senior leaders and executives.
  • Proven track record of successfully guiding executive teams through strategic planning processes and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership development principles, and change management concepts.
  • Excellent ability to build relationships and maintain trust with executive level stakeholders.
