Join our team as a Project Administration Assistant and contribute to the success of our projects.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist our project managers in the development of budgets, schedules, and timelines. As a Project Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for executing administrative and bookkeeping tasks, supervising the project procurement process, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Assist project managers in developing budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Execute administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including entering purchase orders and managing invoices
- Supervise the project procurement process
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and meet project requirements
- Monitor project progress and deal with problems as they arise
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers
- Stay up-to-date with product lines and industry developments
