Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Counter Clerk to join our team at Canadian Tire #635. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members
  • Clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse
  • Set up displays of retail parts and accessories
  • Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts
  • Handle cash transactions and process sales
  • Identify, label, and catalogue items received
  • Maintain accurate records on the inventory control system
  • Prepare and track work orders
  • Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Full-time enrollment or part-time enrollment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
