Closing the Gap Healthcare is committed to delivering exceptional home-based and clinic healthcare services across various regions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Director, Nursing to lead our operations in the GTA Nursing Clinics and Halifax Personal Support Services. This key role requires an experienced nursing leader who can provide strategic guidance to nursing teams, collaborate with external stakeholders, and develop local leaders within the organization.

This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, balancing remote work with on-site presence at clinics and offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying long-term strategies and goals, driving quality improvement initiatives, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience in operational planning, development, and evaluation. They will be able to collaborate with Senior Governance Team members, establish plans for quality improvement, and develop effective relationships with external stakeholders.

Job Summary:
  • Lead nursing teams and provide strategic guidance to support organizational goals and objectives.

  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or home and community environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of operational experience, managing expenses and analyzing financial performance.
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario or College of Nurses of Nova Scotia.
  • Master's degree in Business or health-related field (an asset).
  • Solid knowledge of business development, operations, service delivery, financial management, and control.
