Job Description

This role plays a critical part in our team's success by providing leadership and support to ensure stakeholder objectives are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Daily Operations Support
  • Quality Control and Assurance
  • Insurance Relations and Claims Management
  • Parts Identification and Ordering
  • Customer Service and Education
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Mitchell Estimating, Audatex, and ALLDATA software
  • Knowledge of ADAS systems, vehicle calibrations, and emerging technologies
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and decision-makers
