Compensation Package

The salary for this role is approximately $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and national averages in Canada.

Job Description

This position involves performing various tasks related to collision repair, including replacing front-end components, filing, grinding, and sanding body surfaces, and repairing or replacing interior components.

  • Replace damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired.
  • Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to lift heavy objects. The physical demands include bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
