About the Role

The Product Data Governance team at Lululemon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in creating and operationalizing product data quality KPIs, enabling people leaders to understand their team's data quality metrics and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Data Governance team in creating and operationalizing product data quality KPIs.
  • Engage senior leaders and people leaders to define product data quality KPIs to ensure continued improvement in Lululemon product data quality and integrity.
  • Work with cross-functional operational reporting and analytics teams, and business transformation teams to create and operationalize tools and reports to continuously improve data quality and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, implementing large-scale operating model transformation programs related to data (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, process mapping, and root cause identification skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written/visual, presentation, and verbal.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn on the job - has a 'growth' mindset.
  • Ability to influence and partner with others - a strong team player.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments and at different levels within an organization.

Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
