Maintenance Painter

PAXA ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Painter to join our team. As a Maintenance Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix paint to the desired color and texture.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as needed.
- Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings.
- 1-2 years of experience in painting and decorating.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Ability to work outdoors and in various locations.
- Attention to detail and physical stamina required.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary tools and equipment.
The Maintenance Painter will work in various locations, both indoors and outdoors, and will be required to work at heights using scaffolding and swing stages.
