About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Chinook School Division No. 211. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our students, staff, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to incidents
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with school administrators and staff to develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Provide training and support to staff on security procedures and protocols
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. criminology, security management)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security-related role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
