Security Supervisor

Challenge Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide assistance and support to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact in emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to co-ordinate activities, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Progress Reports: Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
- Staff Training: Train and develop security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Availability: Be available to start on the advertised start date.
- Work Authorization: Be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Experience: Have previous experience in a related field of employment.
- Duration: Permanent position.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
