We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Quick Care Pharmacy Inc.
Responsibilities:- Assist pharmacists with scheduling and workflow management to ensure efficient patient care.
- Process third-party insurance claims and maintain accurate records.
- Manage inventory of medications and prescription records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked pharmacy.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including data entry and record-keeping.
- College or CEGEP education in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
