Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SPICE BAR INDIAN STREET FOOD & BAR. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting our kitchen staff in preparing and serving food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Dining Area Maintenance: Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining area equipment, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing and peeling vegetables, and portioning and wrapping food items.
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Inventory Management: Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related environment.
