Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as consultation and education to clients, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in regular team conferences and contribute to the development of treatment plans and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers and employers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and best practices in mental health care.
- Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
- 2+ years of experience in a return-to-work or physical rehabilitation setting.
- Professional registration with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual respect.
