Job Summary:

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Functional Specialist to join our team on an 18-month contract basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in the configuration and customization of SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Benefits systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize PCRs and Schemas to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Canadian payroll tax rules and regulations
  • Integrate SAP HCM with external systems, including HR ABAP and SuccessFactors
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP FIOIRI Apps and SAP HANA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and educate end-users on system functionality
  • Perform business impact assessments and troubleshoot complex integration issues
  • Ensure timely deliverables and quality expectations are met
  • Act as a subject matter expert on projects and provide guidance to team members

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in HCM & Payroll functional area
  • University degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite products
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work setting with on-site and remote days

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of HR ABAP and integration with external systems
  • Expertise in gathering business requirements and educating end-users
