Job Summary:

The Mechanical Drill Operator will use various department equipment to start-up, operate, and maintain product quality. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate drilling equipment: drill double-sided, multi-layers counter bore, counter sink, and control depth drilling
  2. Operate machines for panel optimization and x-ray machine to analyze registration
  3. Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly workplace

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds without straining

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 2 years experience with CNC drilling in the printed circuit board industry or similar related industry skills
